Press the (P) button on the WB2 for 5 seconds and unplug and reconnect the wire of the WB2
RED LED is blinking and Blue is ON when connecting to Wi-Fi
1. Please check if your enter the CORRECT Wi-Fi password
2. The WB2 cannot get a IP position from the router. Please reboot your router
Green LED or RED LED is ON
1. Unplug and reconnect the wire of the WB2 and check if the Blue LED ON
2. Wi-Fi signal is weak. Please enhance the Wi-Fi signal.
Change my PIN code
Enter the operation page of the device in Chow-> Click the (Device information) in the setting page -> Tap (PIN Code Setting)
Return to the default setting
Return to the factory setting is used when you forgot your PIN code.
1. Tap the device icon on the main page for 3 seconds and delete the device
2. Open the Wi-Fi box, press the (P) button for 5 seconds and release it.
3. Plug off the and reconnect the wire to restart the WB2
4. Reconnect the WB2 to your home Wi-Fi
ChowHUB
Blue LED of the WB2 is NOT Blinking when paring
Press the (P) button of the ChowHUB for 5 seconds and press the (R) button once
RED LED is blinking and Blue is ON when connecting to Wi-Fi

3. Press the (R) button once
4. Reconnect the ChowHUB to your home Wi-Fi
ChowCAM
Return to the default setting
1. Delete the ChowCAM on the Chow! App by long press the ChowCAM icon and delete it
2. Press the reset button for 10 seconds until you hear the click sound from the ChowCAM
3. You can find the ChowCAM' AP from the Wi-Fi setting page of your samrt phone
Can not find the AP from the ChowCAM
1. Make sure the antenna is well connected
2. Make sure your smart phone is close to the ChowCAM
3. If the ChowCAM has already connected to the Wi-Fi network, the AP mode will turn OFF antomatically.
4. Please do "Return to the factory setting"
Can not finish the Wi-Fi connecting countdown
1. The system cannot connect with None-English SSID/Wi-Fi network
2. Make sure the antenna is well connected
3. Makre sure the Wi-Fi signal is strong (above -60dBm)
4. Make sure the Wi-Fi is 2.4GHz 5. Make sure your enter the CORRECT password.
Cannot see the view after the ChowCAM has already completed the Wi-Fi connection
1. Make sure your Wi-Fi is functional
2. Un-plug and reconnect the power plug of he ChowCAM
3. Check if you enter the PIN code at the device page
ChowBELL
Return to the default setting
1. Delete the ChowBELL on the Chow! App by long press the ChowBELL icon and confirm it
2. Press the reset button at the back of the ChowBELL for 5 seconds to reset
3. Please refer to the manual to connect the ChowBELL to the Chow! App
GW-AP of the ChowBELL cannot be found
1. Make sure the Wi-Fi setting on the smartphone has been turned ON
2. Make sure ChowBELL has been set to the default setting
3. If ChowBELL is connected to the LAN wire, the AP mode will be turned OFF automatically
1.Go to the account management page of the Chow! App
2.Turn on the switch of notification to receive notifications
3.Go to the setting page of your smart phone and find Chow! App. Turn ON the notification switch
